    Ken's technician Joe serviced our AC unit today and did an exceptional job. He serviced the unit removed the leaves inside, cleaned the coils and added coolant at a very reasonable price. He also answered all my questions regarding maintenance...etc. Our unit is 12 years old. I highly recommend Ken's. Will be sure to have them out this fall to service the heating unit.

    Visited the office 3 times within a 90 day period to schedule Spring Maintenance and minor repairs. Jill told me Darren would contact me to schedule. As of this date, never heard from Darren or Jill after three separate attempts to schedule a service call. How can I rate someone who does not respond to my interest and request to do business? Service: A/C system maintenance

    Man, I can't say enough positive things about Ken's Comfort Zone. I had never used them before (simply because my existing units lasted over 18 years), but when I started having issues this year, I reached out to them. Tommy had been out to my house 2 different times earlier in the year to basically replace the capacitors. The friendly, professional and a very fair price. Unfortunately, my 2 units were on their last 18 years of working! We decided to get a quote from Ken's and another local AC company. We chose Ken's and we weren't disappointed. They replaced both of my AC Units, with a new heat pump. They replaced on on Friday, and the other the next business, day, Monday. I trusted Darren and his team with our garage code to do whatever they needed to do. They did an exceptional job at the installation and clean up. I couldn't even tell they had come to my house both times. Thanks so much Darren Oliver, and the team at Kens Comfort Zone. Y'all can use me as a referral at any time! Service: Install AC

Our service technician went out to do a service call on Friday for an elderly customer. He washed her dirty condenser coil outside, cleaned out the stopped up drain lines, added 2# refrigerant and replaced a capacitor under warranty. He also told her that she had a leak in her coil but could not pinpoint it. He was there nearly 3 hours and only charged for 1.5. The house was cooling and the temperature was dropping when he left. Our office closes at 5:00 p.m. We do not work nights or weekends. We did not know anything else was wrong until the grand-daughter posted on Facebook. Many people sent it to me. Our technician came into the shop on Sunday and called the customer personally and got it resolved. Also, we did not cash her check. As a matter of fact, we voided the check and sent it back to her. We do not leave anyone without air if we can help it and we offer window units when we can't get it repaired. The person that wrote this is not a customer and needs to get facts straight before throwing slander out there.

Mr. Kelley, I am sorry for the disappointment. Our office was extremely busy at that time and could not get involved in another company's install. Since your unit was installed recently by another company, our company chose to not get involved with that. I did give you the number to Carrier to get a field technician out to see if they could help. Sorry for the non communication.
