Love this Clinic! Take both my sons to the McAllen office. Alyssa and Mrs. Ibarra are always so sweet and gentle with my both boys, and they always remember my kids! Love the professionalism the staff has from the front desk to the back! Everyone is so friendly and whenever I need an appointment they always help me!

I have been taking my baby for over a year now and I want to take the time to acknowledge how amazing the McAllen office is. Thankful for all the nurses and staff for their kindness. As a new mother, its challenging to navigate through the health care system but staff at the office always are right there to assist. Dr. Ibarra is amazing and meticulous in her practice and was able to detect a heart murmur in my baby that a previous doctor did not. For that, we were able to get my baby the extra care they needed. I recommend all my friends and family to this office!

This was the worst experience ever front dest is so rude and disrespectful they made it extremely hard to receive services to my sick son at the time . THE FRONT DESK MADE JOKES ABOUT MY CONCERN FOR MY CHILD! I had to report them to the insurance for their nasty behavior also I know they have the staff putting comments and 5 stars to lie about how great their services are its a lie .

NO STARS! Dr. Ibarra is amazing! But the ladies in the front think they are paying for your visit and are extremely rude !!! And unfortunately who ever is in charge of this situations doesnt pay attention to patient opinions! Time for a new doc
