Arriving the pick up site in McAllen the car we reserved was not ready. We were provided another vehicle which had smoking order inside. We did not take the vehicle and requested a change. They provided a vehicle which was acceptable. When we dropped off the vehicle I requested the bill be charged to another credit card. I provided the credit card which was the only place I provided my card to and it was scanned. We we arrived at the Dallas airport and received a Fraud Alert Text message stating that an Avianca Airline ticket for a total of $1,111.20 was charged to my card. There was an addition charge by Easyfly for $117.81 which was attempted but I was able to alert the fraud in time for that charge. Mind you your location was the only location that I used my card at while on vacation. This is the reason for my scoring for this rental.
