        Do NOT GO TO THIS STORE.. THIEVES ALL OF THEM! THEY SAID THEY COULD SWITCH SIM CARDS TO ANOTHER PHONE AND COULDN'T BUT CHARGE ANYWAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AND REFUSE TO REFUND.

        Johnathan, their employee, refused to talk to me in English even though I don't know Spanish, told me I didn't know my own phone number and lectured me on how I don't know all to lie to me and give me a different number without me knowing, and then giving me a service I made clear I didn't want if I couldn't have my number for it. Tried talking to the manager but the employees wouldn't let me. I even called the manager and nothing came of it. This Johnathan stole from me and no one at this store cares.

        The worker Jonathan, you can see that he loves his job, this store is very far from where I live, but in other stores they are rude and rude, 10 out of 10!! My son was happy with his new cell phone.
