        Was assured the phone I ordered before a work trip would arrive by a certain date and when I was notified that it would not, there was nothing I could to to cancel or change the order. AT&T customer service told me to contact the store directly and that they would be the only ones that can make an edit to the order but I guess they dont know how. Youre better off ordering or upgrading online.

        The manager, Edson, is so helpful! I had originally gone to the at&t on 10th & trenton and they were soooo rude, werent helpful at all and then I went to this one and he helped me without any hesitation. He got me my new phone & helped me set it up & was supper patient with me (I had my daughter and she was being a handful). 10/10 service
