        So i got a car here! And my tires were 6 years old! Worst place to go if you wanna get a preowned vehicle! It sucks! Honestly Employees are always on cocaine! And horrible service they should get drug tested! As well! My lawyer said this to me Joe Garcia you could also make a case about safety but this is more lawyer territory to argue for you. Not informing you properly about the age of the tires could be a danger to your safety kind of issue, especially if a blowout on a tire can cause an accident. Food for thought.

        Used car passed tire inspection on 6 year old tires!!! Never again!! Update 4/9/2024 . I appreciate your prompt response and attention to my concerns regarding the assessment of my tires. After carefully considering your explanation, I understand that the age and condition of the tires at the time of purchase according to you were within the safety guidelines. I also acknowledge that even new tires can sustain damage that may require replacement instead of repair, depending on the location and depth of the puncture. While I am disappointed that I had to deal with a flat tire, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, I would like to request a copy of the full inspection report, including the tire images and passing assessments, as you mentioned in your response. Having access to this information will help me better understand the rationale behind the recommendation of passing inspection. I value your commitment to customer safety, and I appreciate your willingness to address my concerns. I believe in transparency and want to ensure that I have all the necessary information to make an informed decision on my next step. Mr. Cano, We received the e-mail from Mr. Garcia detailing the concern shared by a local discount tire shop regarding the age of the flat tire. We know how frustrating a flat tire can be! The placement and depth of the puncture causing a flat will determine whether a repair is practical or if a new tire is necessary - regardless of the tire's age. It's possible for a brand-new tire to incur roadway damage that necessitates replacement over repair. While we can't speak for the discount tire shop's assessment or motivation for replacement, we are confident in the comprehensive UV EYE vehicle inspection performed on every vehicle we sell. It's an important part of our commitment to customer safety. At the time of purchase, the oldest tire on your BMW was 4.4 years and all 4 tires were well within safety guidelines for age and tread depth with zero surface damage and proper tire pressure. We regret you had to endure the inconvenience of a flat tire. That's never fun! But, rest assured, we have protocols in place to ensure every vehicle we sell is carefully inspected for safe travels and new adventures.
