        I went to do a simple withdrawal when Yesenia Prado suggested I open a Money Market Plus account and proceeded to tell me all the benefits. I hesitated at first, but she explained it it me and even made an appointment for me. Yesenia was really helpful and knowledgeable. Within minutes, I was called in, and opened my account with another young lady who was also very helpful. I really appreciate what Yesenia did for me that day.
