They couldnt call us back regarding the loan we were asking for. We had to call them. Poor service.

Up until this past weekend I haven't had any issues. I purchased new tires for my car and I'm guessing there us a limit to what I can spend because not long after I tried to go buy some food and my card was declined. Now I am not able to use my card again because there is no eqy to talk to ab actual person about the issue until Monday morning. There needs to be a system set up for these kinds if ussues during non business hours.

Called about an unauthorized transaction 5 times spoke to someone saying they would call me back to process a reversal and no one called back showed up to the location refused to help fix it saying one of the office reps would give me a call later yet again no one called. Called back again spoke to an office rep saying i would have to go back in to do the claim or refund on the transaction.

poor customer service practices, no follow up on requests and branch manager too busy to return messages.. poor service attitude reflects poor leadership..
