Made an appointment to have the cracked glass replaced in our door. Appointment was for 8am. Called at 8:30 and was told the tech was 15 minutes away. Tech arrived at 9:00. Apparently honoring customer commitments is not a priority. The technician was skilled and the install was excellent. He cleaned up afterwards.

These ppl are no good theres never anyone available Ive call them for 2 weeks straight and still cant get work done by them very bad for business

Terrible service. Contacted them on 12/27 and the earliest appointment was 1/04. Went in at 1 P.M. for our appointment and were told that the tech would be at least 30 minutes late. They then said he could come to us between 11:30 and noon the next day. Showed up after 4 P.M. and did a quick and lousy chip repair. After he was "done", you could still see the chip and feel the indent on the outside of the windshield. We complained on the spot and were told they couldn't do anything else and that was as good as it gets. Now having the windshield replaced as the chip cannot now be repaired properly. Do not recommend them at all.

The staff were very respinsive and professional. Follow-up calls with delivery details were excellent. I will definitely be calling them for any glass projects in the future. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement
