We replaced the original windows of our home that were 70+ years old thanks to WW! Kevin, sales, did an excellent job presenting to us the benefits of their products. After giving the go ahead, the windows came in much sooner than anticipated. Mike, pro installer, and his crew got the got the windows installed in 6 hours. New windows installed by end of day. Mike showed us how to operate the windows after installation and you could definitely feel the heat once windows were opened. You can't beat the ifetime warranty and professional installation.

The guys did a good job of installing my windows and tried to keep the mess at a minimum (it was raining outside). They built a bench to stand on so they didnt trample my flowers. My only complaint was the person that did the caulking and used the drywall mud to cover up their errors. The caulking job was pretty bad (excess spread of the caulk, lots of gaps that I had to fill myself) so I had to repaint around every window and also repaint every windowsill. And the three or four patches were really bad! No effort to texturize and just big spreads of the mud. I had to use drywall sandpaper to get them level with the rest of the wall. And finally, Ive had to go back to each window to rewatch and scape the adhesive that was on the windows.
