The lady who works the front desk during the morning shift with blonde braid is extremely rude raised her voice and yelled at me and talked to me crazy multiple times and I honestly dont see how she has her job still if shes rude to others how she was to me I complained to someone on night shift and all they did was agree with me that she is rude

Ive stayed at this particular hotel at least 5 times and each time I stay here Ive noticed some decline. Now the decline wont keep me away but I know what to expect. I can say that the breakfast is not up to par as in other hotels. The room was clean but I did notice a black substance on the restroom ceiling just above the shower head. The staff is friendly and helpful and that is what will keep me coming back. Im sure the breakfast will get better but if not Ill just have to find a restaurant near by that service breakfast.
