        I have been living here around 6ish months. The community itself is calm and quiet. It is a newer community and well maintained.. The downside here is that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything upto the neighbors closing doors, doing laundry, their conversations. Ive had issues with a neighbor blasting tv through a home theater system for hours, that I can hear clear as day. At times, even late at night during the weekdays. I have brought it to the attention of the office but it doesnt seem like anything has been done.. Definitely wont be renewing here and I would really consider other reviews like this one before signing a lease.

        I am very happy and pleased with this property, everything is so clean and new. I really enjoy the clubhouse, especially working in an clean environment is always a plus. Maria, the lady who assisted me in the process of moving in was such good help guide me every step of the way to make sure I was ready With everything I needed to move in.

        I have lived her for 6 months and it is absolutely perfect. The buildings and amenities are well kept and landscaping is always manicured. The staff was also incredibly helpful with the move in process. All my neighbors are super sweet and friendly. I have 0 complaints with moving here.
