We feel ripped off. They sold us a Costume that had packaging with 2 costumes on the package and is described as a union suit. It makes it seem 100% like its a couples costume set. We were not allowed to open it in store and when we got home to try it on. Its only one costume. We are very upset and we want a refund but no refunds can be made after October 22. Now we are out of our budget and are stuck with only one costume .....

Spirit Halloween is a fun store for those of us who love Halloween. Lots and lots of costumes to choose from. The ones that were not in packaging felt like they were made from decent materials. Many Halloween costumes are made using the cheapest possible materials, but these felt more like regular clothes instead of feeling like cheap pajamas. The one complaint I have is the cashier was not wearing their mask properly. Not sure what people are thinking but you can catch a virus through your nose as easily as your mouth but I see it all the time. The cashier had their mask under their nose and they were talkative but never fixed the mask the whole time we saw them.
