        Although I appreciate what Goodwill does as far as helping get people back to work and so on, I wish they would work more on how they interact with the customers who are actually providing them that opportunity. Every time I drop something g off at this particular location Im barely greeted with anything. No hello, no nothing. Im usually the one that takes the items from my car and once handed to the employee, it gets thrown in to a box outside. Some of the items Ive decided to donate are actually pretty nice so to see them just thrown is actually discussing to me. I think in the future my donations might be better received at a local Austin donation center (not Goodwill) where the money received will be distributed locally.
