    Office staff are inconsiderate and say anything to get resident out of office. While in complex my vehicle was shot, office staff was notified and sent an email stating resident safety was not on them the resident is responsible for their own safety. That is horrible customer service and unpleasant to say to any resident. My vehicle is registered to the apartment complex and has been damaged multiple times while parked at complex. The most recent incident being a rock thrown at my windshield while parked in complex. Office staff was notified of this damage to my vehicle and Sophias response was that my vehicle had been the fourth incident in regards to the damaged windshield. When asked what the solution was going to be to prevent other vehicles from being damaged Sophia stated she would rope off the area. Days later the area had still not been roped off, when asked why it had not been done because office staff Sophia stated it would be done office manager Linda stated Sophia should not have said the area would be roped off. Office staff should be aware of things they can and can not do and should say things they can not follow through on. When asked how do I file a complaint I was told by Sophia that there was no phone number or email address they would be able to give me but I could leave my information with them and they would send a email to their supervisor. I called the office the same day and spoke with Christine to let her know I dont trust them to give information because they knew I had a complaint. Christine assured me I would be receiving a phone call from someone named Janet. I still not have received a call. When I went to the office to ask why I hadnt received a called I was told my the office manager Linda that life happens. How is that an acceptable response from a manager? I walked out of the office and when I returned all three office staff Linda, Christine and Sophia were discussing me. Christine stated I was lying about the time frame I was given by her. I told Christine was she was saying was not true and office manager Linda told staff not to respond to my questions and she ignored me as well. Office staff are not people friendly and could care less about the complex or the safety of it. When asked why I would not be renewing my lease I stated poor office staff and things like this are the reason why. I would never pay $1300 for a one bedroom to receive such horrible service.

    ive been living here going on my second year now and i have been nothing but satisfied ! especially after today Maintenance came to my apartment after hours , checked on us and made sure we got fixed what we needed. they have always been very on point with maintenance i love the complex the pool is great I am happy to have a great experience as a first home thank you !

    My move-in date was pushed back. No a/c for a whole month. My catalytic converter was stolen from my truck, and the staff were no help. Asked to see camera footage, staff claimed cameras were not on-site when they clearly were. Parking was a headache; it was very limited, and visitor parking was always full. They claimed to be a gated community, yet the gate was broken half of the time. Please look somewhere else.
