One star is WAY WAY to much. This place is a joke. The VA TALKS a good game about how they are concerned about veterans welfare but that is as far as it goes. 1. The PCM I was assigned to me was HORRIBLE. I think he is there just to do the bare minimum to get a paycheck. 2. Made an appointment to see a dietitian. She canceled it as l was walking out the door to see her. I was promised l would be called the next day to have it rescheduled. That was a lie! It NEVER happened! Have made MULTIPLE attempts to reach someone in that office but to know avail.

Highly disappointed in how medicine is being done now days. Two xrays that say I have degenerative disc, and facet disease. I have excruciating pain and limited mobility because of this. What does doctor say? Everyone gets that. No! It should be lets check to see what stage this disease is at since there are 4 stages. The 4th which could cause paralysis. Lets see what the VA can do for you to prevent further damage since you pretty much gave your life to this wonderful country. We have physical therapy, massage, and further treatments. But no. Everyone gets that. Ok let me start shopping for a scooter at 44 years old. This is not good VA.
