Just don't move here. If I could zero stars. Black Mold in the vents roaches and mice also ants. Front office is rude too. Glad I finally left that hell hole. To the owners response the clean crew even said it wasn't dirt. Your maintenance man insisted it was just dirt even after the professional cleaners sprayed mold killer to clean the "dirt".

I filled out the application and turned in all the necessary paperwork expecting rent to be $1000 as advertised. I get a call that since I'm a full time student and my income doesn't satisfy the tax credit standards, rent would be increased to $1285. Mine is not the first review to state this problem and its dishonest how they do business. After reading the other reviews, I am convinced the 5 stars are either employees or tenants given special considerations for their reviews. It is no wonder they have problems getting and keeping tenants.

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Management is very nice, professional, comfortable, they do a very good job making you feel like your home. Maintenance is very friendly and they are prompt at fixing things. It's just an all around great lace to live!!!

Its okay. I live on ground floor and in the fall we had a cricket problem and they were getting into the apartment somehow we still dont even really know how & think they were crawling through the vents. Maintenance is fast theyll come the day after you put a request in theres one guy that does it all and hes very nice and efficient. They have great amenities two parks in the complex and a nice gated area for dogs. Lots of parking youll never have trouble finding a spot but no reserved parking its all first come first served. A very nice pool also but strict rules about when you can use it & a gym. The apartment walls are paper thin I can hear my roommate breathe when shes in her room with the door closed and Im in the living room. Privacy is basically nonexistent since our two bedroom unit has the bedrooms right next to each other we can hear everything that the other person does. That being said I dont hear my neighbors much from in my complex but if youre standing in the hall outside you can hear everyones TVs and conversations as if you are literally in the room with them. Theres a lot to like but with some big issues like thin walls and cricket infestations during the fall it is not meant for everyone.
