        EWALD TRACTOR IN SEGUIN, TX HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im just trying to help a friend with his tractor and in World where it seems helping people is rare, that was not the case when I called Ewald Tractor in Seguin, Texas today. The questions I had pertained to a 20 year old tractor with a faded out data plate. It has a Ewald data sticker with their information so I thought id give them a try. I spoke with an individual in rental who could not help me and explained they now carry Kubota, but transferred me to his manager to make sure. Although I wasnt able to get what I need, my 5 STAR rating is because they both took the time to listen to what I needed and tried to help even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you.

        Bought our tractor! If you want a tractor, get a Kubota and get it at the store in Seguin! Easy fast and the service is fantastic! Salesmen are so laid back, it's like going to a feed store where everyone knows you... nice folks
