This place is a joke if you go to work there make sure to be aware of the pay. Recently experienced a job there and not one paycheck was correct went to three managers and HUMAN RESOURCES still nothing done, apparently went about it the wrong way and got fired for it. So if you are looking for a job and go to work punctual and expecting to get paid for your time there this is not the place for you. Take on techs little to no training make you feel belittled because you don't quite know the proper way to do anything went to work there hoping to further my career and learn and the only thing I learned was no process pass the buck and when there is a problem there is only one way to fix it get rid of it thank you next..... PS my husband was the one that actually experienced this.....

Deliveries there going on 18 yrs and was told today that were supposed to check in before delivery

Had a wonderful experience in the store buying a used kubota- unfortunately after two weeks of use it became unusable. Apparently it was sold to me with extensive damage that has cost me over 6k to repair. EDIT- despite their response on here (same day I gave them my info) I have still not received a personal response other than the response to the review. LAST EDIT- still nothing 4 weeks later. Not feeling optimistic.

I posted sometime back about the service at Tellus. I should have been more specific. The issue was with their online google updates and answering the phone etc. Basically, having to drive nearly an hour we need this type of access to ensure we don't waste hours of a work day. In reality, the counter sales people for parts are incredibly helpful and work hard to make sure we get the right parts. Hope this helps.
