Horrible experience!!!! Will NEVER use again! Made a reservation for my town for that day my truck broke down and had plans attend a wedding out of state. An hour and a half after I get a call saying Im 13th in line and no way I can get a car that day. So make reservations for a town 50 miles away! Get to that location and the door is locked no one there! Call and they send me to a different location in that town and I finally get a car! But charge me $50 to return it in my hometown!!! $1 a mile! Even tho thats where my original reservation was for that they couldnt follow thru with! So then I am suppose to return the car in my hometown by 330pm, I get ther and door locked and no one there!!! But has a closed sign with cell number. This was at 1:00. I call the number and I tell the guy I am there to return a car by 330pm. He says Im in another town it will be a long time before I get back. I said thats unacceptable so he let me leave keys inside door driver side! Horrible customer service, horrible everything! No compensation at all for their negligence!

This Enterprise car rental was very busy after the Holiday weekend.

Terrible! Unfortunately they're not honest. Left the tank right where it was when it was given to me. Took pics for proof. They tried to tell me it wasn't. Sent me a bill. It for sure won't be paid. I'll just keep fighting it. Y'all won't get no more money out of me.
