Poor property management. Water hasn't been working for 10 days and they said they won't fix it for another 6 days. We've called, emailed, and pleaded our case but we feel stuck, and no one will listen to our concerns. Please do not find yourself in this situation and seek a place to live elsewhere if you are interested in Abbey Glenn.

They lied to me, before I even moved in. Good thing I didn’t go through with it!!! Stay away if you value you time, money and peace of mind! Edit: management has replied to me with their generic response telling me to call their number. I had called today twice, before I posted this, and they didn’t answer. I know they aren’t answering on purpose because they made the mistake of telling me before that they had caller ID. To management: YOU have my number, my husband’s number, AND both our email addresses. Your office promised to either call or email me but you have done neither. Do not trust your money with these people.

Oh yeah and they have possums inside their building ... I found a possum behind my toilet and swept it outside and ended up later seeing it run into a big hole in the side of the building, then my friend in 305 came and told me he had found 3 at once ... I’m not sure how you even get a possum infestation but yeah there’s also that

This is the perfert place for masochism!! 1. The AC in our unit was broken since 5/30, I submitted a maintenance request right after that. Guess what, now its 6/24 and the AC is still broken. It's always above 85 degrees in my bedroom. 2. The unit only provides me with hot water. When I try to take a shower in summer , it's like doing a sauna everytime. 3. The staff in the office are really nice, but they just keep telling you help is on the way while none of the problems can be solved.

I have lived there for 1 year and it was one of the worst complexe I have ever lived in. I am handicapped and when I went to the apartment complex showing I was told that it would be handicapp equipped and it wasn't. I was also asked to pay for items that were in the apartment and they wanted me to buy things for the apartment to replace wear and tear items. Very terrible Apartments. Live somewhere else if you can.
