Riverfront Lofts

Beautiful apartments. Did a tour of the office/apartment (strange) the office lady just told us to look around and let her know if we had questions. Rent is typical for the area. Love all the windows and the entry points! Very open and inviting. The downside is the location, which is very busy, nearest to Magnolia. That could be an issue for getting to and from work, pedestrian safety, something to be very cautious while driving.

A pic of poop in the building. Why is this happening? I emailed the office earlier today and they just went home without doing anything. Now, we have to smell this mess until. This person can't even get in their garage. This is really unacceptable.

Do not live in River Fronts lofts in Waco Texas. Despite the property being new the utilities break frequently and maintenance is slow to get back. There is also alot of noise pollution. Upon move out they do not refund you your deposit due to charging you cleaning fees. The cleaning portion of the lease states you are liable for cleaning but unless you provide an invoice from a professional cleaning company riverfront and Greystar take your deposit and charge you anyway. There is no where that states that you need to provide an invoice but because Riverfront and Greystar knows you won't seek legal counsel they will charge you anyway. I would stear clear of River Front and ANY place managed by Greystar.

Beautiful property, location is perfect; close to the Hwy/river/shopping, modern and contemporary apartments inside, love the high ceilings. Bailee was phenomenal! Answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the area. I can't wait to make Riverfront my home!

If I can leave 0 stars I would. The management here is horrible!!! Their communication, professionalism and overall behavior have been nothing but a nightmare. I can go on and on with examples, really terrible company
