Been going to Emily for several years. She has been the best dental hygienist i have been too. She is very friendly and takes her time to make sure your comfortable when cleaning your teeth. I hate the Xray mouth piece and she made it more comfortable to take the x-rays with a different machine. I would recommend going to see her.

My experience at Premier Family Dental in Waco has been amazing and convenient. The staff is wonderful and welcoming, always putting their patients first. My Dental Hygienist, Jana, is excellent and kind as she always does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I go twice a year not only for dental cleanings but also for the friendly environment. Would definitely recommend!

Bad dental experience with Dr McNutt
I recently had a bad experience with Dr McNutt. He hit a nerve while he was injecting me with anesthesia during a small cavity procedure. I was alarmed by the electrical impulse I felt from my lip to my right cheek. He stated he had hit a nerve
and that it happens. He also stated it has happened to him. He was not apologetic and dismissed the situation. That day, the numbness lasted several hours and I bit the inside of my cheek and I felt a long slit inside the cheek from the bite
During my healing process, I suffered a swollen cheek, a dark bruise on my cheek and intermittent numbness of my cheek and lip. One day the numbness was so intense I made an appt with my family doctor because I had a fear of a possible stroke. My physician stated that these were symptoms from the dentist hitting my nerve. He also treated me for an ugly blister that had formed on my lip that he stated was probably due from stress from the whole ordeal.
DR McNutt had requested to assess my mouth after I contacted the dental office rg the physican' s remarks. Again, Dr McNutt dismissed the situation and also the suffering I had endured I also had to pay for his services and the medicine to heal the blister. All in all, I suffered physically and emotionally from his careless treatment.without any empathy or an apology.
