We originally got this fence 4 years ago and it was the best investment ever! Our 4 yr old Siberian Husky left for a couple of years and we as well as our Husky had forgotten where the fence was. I called Alex and within the next couple of days he sent one of his employees (Will) over to re-mark the area for us. We actually decided to move the fence giving our pup more space to roam. Will promptly laid out the new fence line! There was a bit of miscommunication between Will and I on the layout of the fence, I called Alex and that same day both Alex and Will came and re-routed the fence line to our specifications!! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING, their professionalism is STELLAR!! I just can't say enough good things about this company!! :)

This is the best purchase we have made for our dog and us. Alex is an expert who has high expectations for himself and his product. He went above and beyond to make sure our dog would be successfully contained in our new invisible fence. He returns calls and texts quickly and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. Abby and our family are grateful for Alex and his fence.
