Waco Fence

If there were 0 stars, it would be appropriate. I came to their office, no name of Waco Fence anywhere, a couple guys just talking in the back and took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge my existence. Said it would be over $100 to weld a simple gate latch striker bar. They took my info and said they would be there Friday afternoon. Friday came and no show, no call, no return text when I called and texted where they were- nothing. They tried to call Monday while I was teaching class and told them to forget it - Id just post my review.

Nothing cute or overly expressive to say. The owner, Brandon, came out, quoted me less than another bid I got, communicated well with clear expectations, and his crew showed up when they said they would. You cant ask for anything more than that. My dog cant get out anymore and it looks great. Much appreciated.

Waco Fence is under new management /ownership since our automatic gate was installed in December 2019. Issues started right after installation gate didn't work. At first the owner attempted to have his crew repair but they never did. The gate has not worked or repairs attempted in the last 2 years just empty promises. They also built a pool deck for me with many issues and never came back to install stair rails, basically never completed. Materials to complete was left in my yard. Weekly calls and text messages to previous owner always with a respond on my crew is out on a big project or finishing up a big project. My reply... what about my project? I paid to have a project completed as well and just as important as any other customer. Finally One set of stair rails just completed in November 2022, 2 years after project started. In April I got tired of begging to have this job completed. In April I decided to call Waco Fence Office and request my paid invoices. I was told they would provide me with them and asked if i mind telling him why i needed it. I was not aware tat the time i was speaking to the new owner Brandon. Long story short he investigated the issues and unfinished job. As of yesterday I have a new operating gate, (much better solution), my deck has been completed with the stair railing on the back side, The stair that was built incorrectly was fixed and the decking weak spots we reinforced. Crazy that what i couldn't get one owner whom was paid for the job to fix or complete over the last few years the new owner completed in like 2 days. Brandon the new owner, is amazing. This was not his mess to clean up and he did. He and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. Brandon, thank you so much. I greatly appreciate you. You have gone above and beyond to clean this up and make it right. I would and will, highly recommend you and your crew. Service: Automatic gate installation & repairs
