Do not recommend this place in anyway 100% recommend finding another bank to do business with I have never felt more talked down on and its such a shame that I have to write a review like this Ashley from collections was rude and wasnt very understanding of my situation and made me feel less then just for asking questions concerning the process she continuously was changing the story and kept going back and fourth with how much I owed which isnt it your job to know at the end of the day I pay the money you Collect it and help me understand what in all your collecting I could just feel she was getting tired of the conversation and just wanted me to leave like have some patience your working with other people that are going through things too have some sympathy for others AGAIN Fully recommend going somewhere else for business

We have had great experiences with HOTFCU. They have been friendly, professional and efficient. Kelsey has gone above and beyond to provide our family excellent customer service. She has been communicative and competent in all of our interactions.
