We stayed one night for a family event in Waco and 5/5 stars!! The ladies at the front desk were amazing and did not hesitate to help us with anything. I was woken up at about 5:30 Am to someone in the room directly across the hallway from my room, who was being obnoxiously loud, shouting and using vulgar language. i gave Ms.Debbie at the front desk a call to make a complaint and within minutes she was able to quiet down the neighbor, not sure what she did but it was very much appreciated! We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit again.
Rooms: The room we stayed in during this time was very clean and neat. There was a lot of amenities that came with the room that we didnt end up needing, however its noted for our next visit! By far one of our best experiences. Going to be adding this hotel to our favorites.

Im truly disappointed for a room that is almost $300 for one night you would think it would have been better!!!! Shower was nasty, drain busted, no water pressure too even shower properly! Was woken up at 4 am due too such a strong Diesel smell that saturated the room, badly! When I called the front desk I was informed there was nothing they could do about that!!! Seriously nothing they could do!!!! We had too prop open the room door just too get the smell out! Needless to say we couldnt go back too sleep! Never again, and this place is rated Excellent, no its not!!!! This is by far a joke of a Hotel!!!

Not sure how this place made it to 4.6 stars. The Aloft is much nicer, don't bother here. The showers are dirty, the beds aren't that comfy and the sheets are stretched out, fitted sheet comes off the mattress.
Not the worst hotel I've been in by any stretch, but not sure how it got this high of rating.
