Horrible experience went to the front desk and checked out drove 600 miles home to see a charge for another night call the hotel still checked in told them I checked out the day before even talked to the lady that supposedly checked me out 2 days later another charge call once again and still checked in so at this point I'm talking to my bank about fraud charges and an attorney

Do not go here. This place is misleading. Looks nice on the outside but oh no. This place is crawling with cockroaches. They literally give you one bed for three people. IT STANK. LEAVE IMMEDIATLY. Go somewhere else that is better please for your own safety.

A while ago, I wrote a review for this hotel in good faith, despite the fact that it is far below subpar in the inside conditions of the building. I had to take down that 4-star rating I gave them as my experience staying there got worst almost immediately. The hotel is not clean at all, as it is infested with roaches, some of the appliances are eroded and dirty, everything inside the hotel is nothing like what they publicize on the internet. Despite my utter disappointment when I arrived, I decided to stay because I understood I was given a far cheaper rate, as compared to the nearby competitions, and the staff at the lower level are quite pleasant and helpful. They really do try to mitigate the horrible conditions of the hotel to the best of their abilities. But very soon, I learned that I was being charged fees I was never told about, including incorrect late fees and internet charges. As I was told, these charges are either automatic, or sometimes they are orders from the upper-level staff. Yet, when you ask for an explanation of these fees, the issue remains unaddressed. At this point, I am comfortable saying this place is a scam. I was given a cheaper rate because of the condition of the hotel. No sooner had I decided to stay, they had the audacity to come up with additional charges that amount to the same rate I would be paying at a far better hotel. To anyone who is thinking of booking a stay at this hotel, proceed with extreme caution. Rooms: The inside of the building, including the hallway, elevator and rooms are dirty. Roaches run wild inside the smelly building. If you have more than one device, you will have to pay for the most basic internet. The appliances are not much better either as most of them are dirty if not corroded. If there is any cleaning happening, it is questionable. Noteworthy details: The staff at the lower level are quite pleasant and helpful. However, the one person they have acting as regional manager is horrible. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has no problem using profanity when addressing to guests who question the random charges on the guests' accounts. This man has gone as far as disclosing personal and highly insensitive information about his staff in a bizarre attempt of disqualifying them, simply because the guests seem to prefer dealing with the staff, instead of him. This is by far, the worst hotel I have ever been to. Proceed with extreme caution!!!
