If you want to stay in a zoo this is your place!! There are more animals than people. VERY VERY DIRTY!! This hotel is NOT Marriott standards at all and they tell you they know that its dirty because thats what they get complaints about all the time. Really?? Then do something about it. Beyond disgusting!! We didnt have a choice but to stay so I cleaned and bleached the room myself.

I was not a Guest, I was a newly hired employee and was very excited about showing off my skills as I take great pleasure and pride in cleaning rooms. I had a great onboarding experience with Kesha. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Few weeks go by I notice the other housekeeper complaining loudly in hallways elevators (the one who has been there 5 years), she is upset because Korrey (the general manager) had informed her of bad reviews and said they are going to start having the Laundry lady Mary start stripping rooms in morning instead of housekeepers. (I assume she was upset about this because Mary strips every single item including blankets) more work for Housekeeper to do. But correct way! Saturday March 30, 2024 at about 10:25 am the housekeeper upset about this news came into the laundry room as I was stocking my cart after I had stripped my rooms, and Verbally Loudly attacks me across room saying how shes been there 5 years I better start stripping my beds cause somebody is remaking dirty beds. I could not believe the audacity because I know for a fact I take time fully strip my rooms and each pillow case, I continue to go clean my room up elevator only to see a group text from korrey saying if anyone has a problem take it up with him, so I express what happened in laundry room then he sends me a personal text after I inform him about the housekeeper loudly verbally attacking me, He tells me to go home and fires me saying I threatened the housekeeper who been there 5 years. I could not believe I had been accused of remaking dirty beds by someone who was the one probably doing it, and I assume korrey fired the new girl who was me just to give the owner an appeasement of look we fixed the problem feel free to roll the cameras back and call me to look at text messages. I think Kesha should be general manager, she handles problems way more professional and korrey needs to be replaced.

Nice rooms, quite new with USBs and even EV charging spot for two cars, the only pity is that breakfast is tight :( cereal, juices, toast and bagels and some hot choices all packed. No fresh scramble eggs, no sausages, no yoghurts :(

Had an overnight stay here for business, loved the location! All staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful;they even got me checked in early on Sunday afternoon. I really like this location because there are some pretty good dining options within a quick walk, like Chuys, Fish City Grill, Lounge 93, and Saltgrass Steakhouse. There are some retail and other dining options on the other side of the highway, too. The breakfast buffet was especially yummy on the Monday morning I was there, thanks to Sarah the head cook! She had some wonderful items out for the oatmeal, including crushed graham crackers, and the mini omelettes were especially amazing. Nearby activities: Plenty of dining & shopping options within 5 mins.
