Great location! Beautiful hotel, hospitable staff, and delicious breakfast. The amentities and views of downtown and Baylor are really nice. We will definitely stay again!

Noticed one bed had brown stains on sheets so used the other bed, you need your room key to get out the parking lot, but very close to things. Nearby activities: Union street Cafe and was there for the edgar Allan poe speakeasy event which was great

Excellent Stay at the New Marriott AC Hotel in Downtown WacoReview:I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott AC Hotel in downtown Waco during its opening weekend and was thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. My room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.The bar area was a highlight of my stay, featuring a great selection of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.Although I had to park on the street due to having a trailer, I found parking to be surprisingly easy. The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to many of Waco's attractions and activities, making it convenient for anyone looking to explore the city.Overall, my experience at the Marriott AC Hotel in downtown Waco was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. The combination of great amenities, friendly staff, and an excellent location makes it a top choice for accommodation in Waco. Nearby activities: Close to many attractions downtown like the Dr Pepper museum and The Silos at Magnolia.
