    Worst internet connection ever. Always disconnecting, it's broken more often than it works. Paying almost $80 for something that barely works. DO NOT GET GRANDE, THEY SUCK.

    We got a way better deal from Astound than we had with Spectrum. We couldnt be happier with our switch and the internet is blazing fast. Our installer, Tristan J., was a rock star who made sure everything was perfect before he left. He is what an internet company should want in an installer. I cant say enough great things about Astound. We are so glad we made the switch.

    Signal has been rough from the start. I was told at the start of my contact with them that Id get a free router (they didnt tell me it was only free for a year). After I found out Id been paying for it for 2 years I asked for a refund and they only gave me a $50 credit (Ive paid a few hundred for it collectively). While investigating these charges I found it not only was my sound bar also being charged to my account (a sound bar I was also told was free) but it wasnt even free for a single month since Ive had astound/grande. Theyre thinking a $50 credit will suffice but Ive paid close to $500 for a sound bar thats not even worth that much and now theyre saying I dont get to keep it and might get another $50 credit. Still working something out so Ill keep you guys updated but I have the texts from the sales rep to prove everything Im saying. Horrible service and terrible accountability of their reps promises. Sent these texts to them and its been about 2 weeks and theyre saying theyll get back to me. Obviously they dont want to lose money as a company but they better stand by what they say. So done with these guys.

    If I could give zero stars I would. And how yall gunna charge us to pay our bills. 1.00 fee to pay online. If you call its 2.95 to pay automated and if you talk with an agent to pay its 9.00 fee. What the hell.
