        if I could  I would give them a zero star. my husband and I were to move into one of their properties and did not because unlike most property management companies they charge $1000.00 pet fee per pet and this just started like around 1 November. steer clear of Bluebonnett as due to this it made my husband and I temporarily homeless, and he is a disabled veteran so this has put extra stress on us now and messing with his medical.  New tenants shouldn't have to pay for old tenants mess ups and this is not how you should treat anyone let alone someone that's disabled and served the country. this is a warning STEER CLEAR
