        Ive been a customer for 6 years. I much preferred it when it was locally owned. I am very tired of companies and people moving here from CA, buying houses and businesses at inflated rates and then passing the increase to the customers that have lived here in Texas all their lives. The inflated values have also increased property taxes. Not cool, CA, to mess with TXs economy.
