Bluebonnet Pumping - Septic & Grease

First off I want to say that Adam did clean my septic system. And it was clean when I looked. I have called and I was quoted $475 for 1250 gallons system. End of job: I was charged $650 in totally which was unexpected. (An additional $175 or 35% increase ).1st STRIKE: Adam originally thought it was 1000 gallons system and it will be $395. Then I showed him it was 1250 gallons, so he charged an extra $30... Fine. I showed the correct information and get charge extra.2nd STRIKE: Then he charged $150 for digging the lid which was not included in the original quote. I assumed that $425 was for doing a complete job ( finding the lid, open the lid, suck out septic). Nope it's $425 for sucking out septic.Unclear expectation: I was not told ahead of time that I could have dig for the lid and avoid the extra fee. It was not told until He is already on site and it's only 30 mins of digging.3rd STRIKE: Adam also had difficult time finding the 2nd lid ( extra time digging). So additional charges of $75 which showed up at the final bill. Why I am paying for his mistake. SO BE AWARE. EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE ADDED.Pro: 1) My septic was clean 2) Show up a little early which is niceCon: 1) Did not meet expectation of price quote 2) Unclear communication of what is extra and what is included 3) Will not be using him & would not recommended (3/10 stars)You are out of here!!

Adam & Polly were such a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend using Bluebonnet & will be using them again in the future.
