Once again smeltcer to the rescue. We use them for all of our plumbing needs. Ray was super great today.

My pipes recently froze due to the freezing temps. Well water was gushing from a busted pipe for days causing all kinds of issues. City had to turn off the water as it was flooding my house. Smelscer was able to send Greg during the holiday weekend and he was able to look at my issues. The team at Smelscer fixed my issues a few days later and its all in working order. The front office,Alisa is great and helped me out tremendously. Highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

We had a sewage leak in our backyard last summer (June-July) and Smelscer came out and re-laid the line going from our house to the city line ($5,000). After about 3 months, there was a noticeable new leak in the yard. We called and requested them to come out because part of their new line was leaking. They said it would be a few days, but they would come. After several weeks of calling, we finally got someone out in December. We were told, "I see the problem, I'll talk to my boss and get back to you." They NEVER "got back with us." We called 3 times a week for 6 weeks and were continuously told "I'll get an update and call you back today!" Without anyone calling us back. We did not get anyone back out in Mid-February. When they did come back out, they claimed the leak was "groundwater" and not a sewage leak. The city of Waco came out on March 3 and confirmed it was sewage. We are now having to pay for a new plumber to come out to fix the leak because Smelscer insists there isn't a problem.
