Car was towed 12/20. Originally cost for repairs 2200.00. Two days later 2700.00. There was an element of trust since car had prior repairs. Didnt realize a new owner Tad Trail. Picked up car 12/28 at 6pm. Friday trip to HEB/ post office /home at 1145am. Car wouldnt start at 415pm for work, called Texas Star then Lylt ride. No power steering or reverse.
Only option is to sue. Lawyer states an implied warranty. Will file complaint with TDLR / demand letter if no response from Texas Star and Tire. 2615.00 and not even 24 hours car ran,

Took my car here for an oil change and alignment because I had coupons. They tried to charge me over $800 for a front end fix. I took it to my normal mechanic who told me theres nothing wrong with my front end, just needed an alignment and the bearings on the back end fixed. For the bearings and alignment with my normal mechanic its $425. Not $800. Texas Star never even mentioned the rear. They charged me $25 to look at my car and tell me something was wrong that wasnt.

if i could leave a no star review i would. called the shop. lady on the phone was very rude. would barely let me get any words out and was borderline yelling at me and all i asked is what is your availability looking like? and when im trying to explain the issue she kept cutting me off and interrupting what im trying to say. was only on the phone for about 20 seconds and that was enough for me to not ever want to use yall shop . Wow come on waco
