        Ran into a pretty annoying hiccup trying to get my father in-laws new iPhone going after losing his previous one in a lake. Tried apple support and they were mostly useless. Asked Cody here if there was anything they could do to get and he was able to come up with a clever work around. Saved us so much time and grief. Truly appreciate him taking the time to help us out.

        We went to get my son's new phone data transfer completed. Curtis was the gentleman who helped us, and he was fantastic. I normally don't like to go to the Centerville location, however Curtis was great. He was attentive, asked if there was anything he could have done better, and seemed to genuinely care about his job. How refreshing!
