        Don’t do it! Stay away from sprint the service is horrible. They will tell you anything to get you to switch but it will not be what they told you. Very disappointed that is for sure!

        So I was with Verizon and decided to make the change to sprint cause they were offering free iPhone 11 with iPhone trade in. So I gave it a shot cause I was told by the young men at the store that the service was awesome and just as good as Verizon if not better cause they are using T-Mobile towers as well as there own towers. So I was like sweet! That sounds awesome, well not the case at all the service is rough and I drop calls all day everyday. I just wish they would have been honest with me and just told me that the service was good but not as good as others. Hope this helps

        All I can say is make sure everything they tell you is in writing and don’t let them tell you that the service is better than T-Mobile or AT&T or Verizon because that is not the truth and they know it’s not the truth but they will tell you that anyways. Also the price is not what they say it will be either. Just be aware please

        AVOID this store if you can. I went in trying to switch from Verizon and told them I wanted to keep my existing phone. The assistant manager told me that my phone was “not compatible” with Sprints network and that “the technology and software was just different” even though my phone was unlocked. He proceeded to try and sell me a number of different products. I left, went to another Sprit store and they set me up with Sprints service, on the same phone that the guy from this store told me was not compatible with their network. In other words the assistant manager LIED TO MY FACE to try and make a sale. I would be very cautious before going into this store. Not a comment on Sprints service just the Centerville Sprint store.

        Amazing store and employees! It’s under new management and you’ll notice the difference you walk into the door. Verizon next door must hate being next to Sprint and the powerhouse reps here.
