I had a hard time finding a place (I was 39 weeks pregnant & my lease was up 2 days before my induction date) but Lyman at Smoot commercial made everything the least amount of stressful for my family and me to move in at the perfect time & the whole process was very smooth. Upon moving in there were issues like the internet (it was the service providers fault) but Lyman made it a priority to handle it & it was fixed in a timely manner & maintenance is 10/10 as well. I saw a lot of negative reviews & was very concerned about some things but since Ive been here (a little over a month), I havent had any of the same issues Ive read about, I have no complaints and feel very blessed that we found the Orchard Garden town homes.
