I went in for a smoothie today and unfortunately had a bad experience with the employee and owner. When I got there, I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I have an allergy to berries and meant to order the P&B smoothie. When I realized this, I asked if the employee could make it right and make a new one. The smoothie is $9 and very expensive. The bottom line is, they refused to make me a new one. They would not even offer me 50% off for a new one. This was frustrating as I am a frequent customer wanting to order something I can actually eat, especially for $9 tiny smoothie. I later called back to make the situation right. The employee who originally served me answered the phone. When I asked to speak to the owner they rudely laughed. I told the owner about the laughing, and she said she doubted the employee laughed at me. I really did not appreciate this comment. The owner proceeded to tell me it was my fault and there was nothing that could be done. Out of frustration, I ended the phone call. Minutes later I get a phone call back. I answered and said hello. Then seconds later they hung up. How UNPROFESSIONAL of the owner! I decided to drive to Mountain Wellness and speak to the owner and cool down the situation, as she was clearly very angry. When confronted in person, Alisha said she has a business to run. And she hopes I dont leave a bad review. Finally, after all of this, Alisha offers a gift card but continues to tell me I am wrong. How about you fix the situation from the start and make it right instead of going through this whole process? This is a double loss for Alisha now. She had to give me a gift card and I am still leaving a bad review. This was completely avoidable from the start.

What an epic spot!! So sad that I dont live in heber now haha. Great food, very nourishing options. The Korean beef bowl was incredible. As was the gluten free donut! What a treat it is to eat out and actually feel nourished and healthy afterwards. Cant wait to return

I absolutely recommend. I love this place. The workers are so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. I am a celiac and this place fulfilled all my hopes

My favorite restaurant in Utah. Everything Ive had is excellent. The family meal plan is outstanding. Dietary restrictions: Im allergic to wheat corn, canola oil, soy and sesame seed. Almost everything at Mountain Meals is safe for me to eat. Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food. Plus its healthy and nutritious.
