        Our experience was wonderful! The man that took our order was helpful and kind. The drive through was quick and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back.

        Waited 10 minutes to order being only one of 2 cars in line, then waited 10 minutes AT the window, followed by waiting another 10 minutes in front for our food. And then they put cheese on a burger we asked for no cheese on because of an allergy. I know they are usually short staffed so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was so bad.

        Wendy's used to be my one true love, now they are the ex I never want to see. McDonald's spicy McChicken beats Wendy's crispy chicken every #$@! day of the week. And it's cheaper. You're not the Wendy's I used to know, Wendy's.

        It doesn't matter if there's anyone behind me. It doesn't matter if they've been open for an hour. It doesn't matter if what I'm ordering should be a standard offering, or if it's breakfast or lunch. I know that if I come to this location, I'll be asked to pull forward. I can guarantee that this is related to one of the metrics that this location's DM is driving to their manager. I now no longer go to this location, because once I've pulled around, the incentive to provide me fast service has disappeared. It now takes several minutes more, because this wait time is no longer being tracked. Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
