Prepaid for two nights here at this hotel. The weather was really bad so I ended up having to stay in Boise. The next day, six hours later driving the a white out I go to check into my prepaid hotel room, and they cancel my reservation because I didnt show up the night before. The lady did not even offer a sorry , Offered no help or explanation, and just said she could not help me. and Proceeded to help the customer behind me.
This This lady was very rude and after waiting forever to check in while she chatted with the customer in front while the line was building very dismissive of me and my situation.
UPDATE: on top of not honoring my prepaid room. The hotel rebooked my room, and sold it to another person! So the Hilton received double payment for one room! Way to double dip on behalf of your customers!
So I had to go pay ANOTHER $175 at the Holiday Inn down the street on top of losing what I pre paid for the Hilton!

Clean, close to a lot of quick eats and restaurants. Shopping outlet nearby.

They were having a systems glitch and didn't have a room ready for me. It was super late at night, so I had to wait to go to my room despite booking in advance. The guy at the counter was very apologetic though, so definitely not his fault.
Update: not a bad place to stay, the room was clean and they gave me a treat for having to wait so long.

Inexpensive, clean, new! Great place to stop for the night right off the freeway.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable .No carpet which is great!
