        Beds and pillows were comfy easy access to a variety of food in walking distance ( across the street and parking lot).

        Pool was freezing. The tub drain didn't work so I couldn't bathe my kids and the tub so slick they slipped when showering. I called to the front desk and was told they'd find me a drain in a few minutes and then they never called back or came by. By then I had gotten the kids to bed. It was frustrating. They knew I was checking in with a 1-year-old. Nearby activities: Right by Thanksgiving point

        Shower was in need of repair. Carpet was old and dingy looking. Hallway outside our room smelled skunky. Only encountered one staff member the entire stay and they were not overly friendly. Beds were comfortable.
