Was having a panic attack because all the flower shops werent available! Do to the Valentines Day flower patch did me dirty and other shops were rude and I understand the presser but I spoke with maggy and she was able to make the order and have it send to my mother job! Extremely satisfied with their customer Service and just being nice will recommend

One of our employees lost their father, and so we wanted to send a nice floral arrangement to our employee's mother in Salt Lake City. I looked up florists on Yelp and went with The Rose Shop, due to the great reviews.  I have now heard from several people how much his mother loved this arrangement, and that among all the bouquets she received, it was the only floral arrangement she took home after the service :) She also sent a really nice thank-you letter in which she mentioned that the arrangement stayed fresh for 2 full weeks, amazing! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and the beautiful arrangement, we are so grateful!

Flowers were delivered two days after the funeral. No explanation or notification was given for the delay. No attempt was made to contact me if there was any sort of issue. The basket, once received, was lovely.
