The folks at Friendly are the BEST !!! We have used their services for about a year and had very good results. On the last visit to do a furnace tuneup, Chase the HVAC guy and his helper Mathew found a problem not even related to the furnace, fixed it and told me about it afterward. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled a time for them to come on a Friday at 900 because I was at work and the job really wasnt too difficult but I wanted an expert to look at it and fix if needed. Thursday they contact me on text saying they have merged with western plumbing and they cant make the original time and it will be later in the day from 3-7. I said ok. I also requested the same technician I used last time to come out. They said were sorry hes no longer with the company. I was disappointed but said ok. On Friday at 3, I asked if they could pinpoint a better time, and they responded with 315-7. At 515 I had not heard from anyone, I again asked them through text if they were still coming. I got the after hours auto response! They completely left me hanging and now will never get my business or any of my friends and family. I would give Zero stars if I could

Richard did a good and professional job on furnace and AC maintenance, will definitely use him in the future.
