        Tech was very knowledgeable on parts and installation of tankless water heater. He showed me all the options before beginning. Only day 2 but so far no issues

        John was very personable and made be feel confident. Not only did he replace my water heater and connect it to my boiler. He also did some repairs on my boiler. This job took him longer than he expected but he worked late into the evening until everything was working properly. I'm very grateful.
