Nice splash pad with lots of seating for the parents. It's a large splash pad. My big kids love it! I have to follow my toddler around though because I can't see him.

Ridiculous access. Almost useless unless you live in the community.

Fun place to go and look at ducks! There are several benches to sit on and there is a decent amount of street parking.

A variety of hills from the super steep to the low and gentle. Get there early for the best snow. The main hill faces North so it keeps its snow the longest.
