I have lived here for 2 and a half years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The apartment was clean when I moved in and any maintenance that I have needed is addressed quickly.

If you need a cheap place to live, youll find itthe key point here is cheap. From the residences themselves to the general attitude of management, this place is the roach motel of SLC apartments. I had a pipe burst in the ceiling; it took them three days to get someone to fix it. They regularly allow their landscaping crews to not mow the lawn, creating a backyard haven for small snakes. My fireplace hasnt worked since the day I moved in, nor do the blinds. But I certainly have to keep paying for it all. Youd be amazed at the amount of broken glass around the neighborhood. My only guess is theres a group of pirates who sail around every night, shattering beer bottles in a deep-seated vendetta against recycling. Ive had two tires go flat since moving here and I dont even drive much. Even more prevalent than the broken glass is the vast amount of general trash strewn about. Its as if people drag their bins to the curb, flip them upside down, and leave the remnants on the ground until a storm blows it away. When someone moves out, youll see their old stained mattresses and broken furniture sitting outside for weeks, at best. All of this lovely ambience is allowed with apparent impunity from management. Theres a pack of free range dogs (with one free range rabbit, which Ill admit, is pretty cool) that run amuck, using neighborhood lawns like festival porta potties, completely free of owner supervision. Ive also seen two standoffs with police within a two block radius of my house, but those are stories for another rant. But...its cheap. Good luck.

We have been with Construction Realty for more than five years. They have always taken care of every maintenance request (only those raccoon bandits caused trouble but they always do). They made sure that where we lived didn't affect our quality of living. Thank you for that. Timely, supportive, and more than anything honest. I am so sorry if I slaughter your name but, Ginnley, is amazing. Such an asset to your company. We have started to look elsewhere for a bigger home for our hopefully growing family but we will miss the professionality. They take care of the things that stressed renters are concerned about before buying a home. I couldn't recommend them higher. Thank you all!!I
