My girlfriend got strong arm robbed in their gym, then got her car stolen. I have packages get stolen constantly. The hallways and property in general are dirty, soiled by tenants pets. PS - When I asked management to provide security footage of the gym from when my girlfriend was robbed. They said they would, but never did even though I followed up twice. Also my rent was increased at renewal, even though the robbery occurred We of course filed police reports for all of this. The car theft occurred about a year ago. Things have progressively gotten worse. If you have nowhere else to go. Then live here, otherwise, you can get real value and safety for your money elsewhere. Update 4/4/24: There was a shooting right out front. Cops had the whole block locked down, but dont worry guys its super safe Update 4/9/24: Spoke to Maria from the office. She said that she spoke to upper management about my concerns (Robberies, homeless, etc) and that if I want to leave theyll wave my buyout fee. Theyre not interested in our safety! They sell the idea of harmony but i guess harmony means being robbed in the parking lot, or shot across the street?

I just moved in and I love it so far! Natalie has been so helpful answering all my questions and makes me feel so welcome stopping by the office.

Natalie has been super helpful moving us into our new apartment. She made a stressful move in super easy. It has been so great so far, the maintenance and front office are super responsive and reliable. I really appreciate their help.
