The truth is that I feel cheated when you come to ask about an apartment, they show you a video of what it will be like when you sign and receive the keys. The reality is different. I haven't even been there for a month and look at the state the apartment is in. As soon as I saw it, I returned it. to cancel the contract on the same day at the same time and they told me I had 5 minutes to cancel the truth, these apartments are not habitable, they are in very bad condition, they are remodeling certain ones and I told them, move me to one of those, we cannot transfer it until 6 months and for a sum of 500 dollars more, but I already filed the complaint with the health county and if necessary, a lawyer, I will file the people's money, okay, we here do not pay with songs, I am offended and totally dissatisfied, they think that because we are Latinos we cannot do nothing

Apparently moved in to a newly renovated apartment And yet everythings broken and havent even 5 months? The first 2 months my Landry room door came off the hinges I did a Maintain Request he said he fixed it and didnt then my sink drain broke also didnt fix that The screen to my balcony door came off and my balcony door doesnt even lock he hasnt fixed that two handles off my cabinets have fallen off because the screws are the wrong side theres a leak coming from my ceiling and still hasnt been fixed the toilet is broken and so is the fact to the bathtub For 1,600 a month this shouldnt be an issues
